"Thelma Tulley, 78, of Port Arthur died Wednesday at Park Place Hospital.
She was born in DeQuincy, La., and was a resident of Port Arthur for 76 years. She was a member of First Christian Church, Woodman of the World and was secretary for Eastern Star No. 262. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Jack D. Tulley of Port Arthur; and a cousin, Burl Schaunberg of Houston."
