Edward probably died in Middletown, Connecticut, where his will was made in August of 1716. His will was proved on April 10, 1717.

Edward was married first to Abigail Adams in about 1684 and they had the following 5 children: Edward, John, Sarah, Margery and Mary. However, Abigail died before 1693.

In 1693, Edward married his second wife, Mary and had an additional 4 children: Joseph, Rebecca, Obadiah and George.

In his will, Edward mentions all of his children except John who died in 1716. He also does not mention his wife, Mary, who must have preceded him in death.

I do not know where Edward is buried so additional research is still needed.
