In presence of the command by the probate court the date set, there being present Robert Glidewell & John Lowry administrator of Catharine Lowry, proceeded to take the following deposeth of a Herman Nelson, Herman Nelson deleted of the the time and after being duly sworn deposeth and saith that he paid to David Hansel in the month of October or November 1828 the sum of one hundred dollars or more for Robert Glidewell in fall of a note against Robert Glidewell then in the hands of George Hansel, which not was to be given with to Robert Glidewell or dispaid, which note was secured by a mortgage which mortgage was arrested at the time the money was … by said Nelson.
Sowrn to subscribed before me this fifteenth day of March 1845 given under my hand & seal the day & date above
