The following taken from the book, A Supplement to Pamunkey Neighbors of
Orange County, Virginia.
ROBERT ANDERSON d 1712 aged 72 years New Kent County Parish of Saint Paul. m
Cecilia Massie believed to have been the daughter of David Massie and Lucile
Poindexter. Robert is said to have been the Son of Richard Anderson
Rober and Cecilia had Children
Richard b ca 1650; had Children born ca 1680;
David, Matthew Anderson nothing known of them
Robert Anderson Junr. b ca 1663 d 1716 aged 53 years. New Kent Co after 1720
area became Hanover Co. Justice of the Peace in 1714, He m Elizabeth Overton
b 28 June 1673, dau of William Overton b in England 3 December 1636 m 24 Nov
1570 in England. Elizabeth Waters. They came to Virginia by 23 April 1681
when a Patent was issued for their transportation
also Children John, Thomas, Nelson, Mary and Cecilia. No information on
them.
RICHARD ANDERSON JUNR . m MARY ELIZABETH OVERTON. They had Children
Richard Anderson m 9 July 1742 Edith Weldon. a Son Richard Anderson

Garland Anderson d 1799 m Maria Burbidge or Burbridge Will probate in 1799 in
Hanover Co.
David Anderson d 1791 [Albemarle Co Will Book 3, p.185. Will dated 3 October
1789. Will Probate September 1791. m by 1735 Elizabeth Mills between 1710
and 1715; Dau of Nicholas Mills and Ann Clopton,Merchant in Hanover County
until 1786 when he moved to Albemarle Co. He owned land in Louisa County Deed
Book B, 1757 Deed Book E 1775, Pamunkey Neighbors pp 92 & 97, & 137.
Other Children Robert Anderson may have m Frances Poindexter,
Nothing known of Nathaniel, Charles, John, Charity and Sarah Anderson.,
