This is to certify that I joined William Burris And Elenor Frakes in the Honorable Estate of Matrimony on 22 day of June 1811 given under my hand this 2 day of November

Know all men by these prescents that are William Burris and Hannah Frakes - are held and ? unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the Justice full ? fifty pounds united state currency which payment well and truly to be made and done we (lend?) ourselves our ??? severally and firm by ? these presents seales well our ...and dated this 22nd day of June 1811
The condition of the above obligation is such that there should be no legal cause to obstruct a marriage shortly to be solemnized bweteen the above bound William Burris and Wife Elenor Burris
for which a license this day joined then the above obligation to be void the else not remain in full force and in the law.
