Pierre was born in 1568 in Herzeau, Lille, France (Belgium). Pierre's father was Charles de Fiennes du Bois and his mother was Barbe de Beaufremez. His paternal grandparents were Antoine de Fiennes du Bois and Baudouine Lyonnel; his maternal grandparents were Henri de Beaufremez and Antoinette de la Chapelle. He was an only child. He died at the age of 55 in 1623 in Canterbury, Kent, England.
