There was surveyed to him by warrant dated Sep 27, 1737, a tract of 275 acres in heidelberg Township, Lancaster (now Berks), Pa, which was patented to him on May 11, 1784, by the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This tract was sold by Lazrus on Nov 27, 1784, to Isaac Heller. The southwestern corner of this tract, a farm of about 59 acres, subsequently became the property of Richard M.
