This Indenture made the twenty fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight Between Henry Frakes Senor and Elenor his Wife of Green. County and State of Pensylvania of the one part, and Robert Frakes of the County and State aforesaid of the other party Witnesseth that the said Henry Frakes and Elenor his Wife for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money of Pensylania to him the said Henry Frakes Senior in hand well and truly paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged they the said Henry Frakes and Elenor hisWife hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto Robert Frakes his heirs and assigns the upper part of a tract of Land called Shiver de Freze situate on Dunkard Creek in Whitley Township and Green County and State of Pensylvania warranted to Henry Frakes Junior the sixth day of September one thousand seven hundred and eight six, who by Deed dated the twenty sixth of October one thousand seven hundred and ninety two conveyed the same to the said George Lemley and patented by the said Commonwealth unto the said George Lemley on the twenty third day of April one thousand seven hundred and ninety three and Begining at a Huckory in the State line thence through the above described Tract of Land North thirty degrees East thirty perches to a Sugar tree North twenty eight West eighty four perches and crosses said Creek thence down the same North fifty six degrees West fifty three perches North sixty seven degrees West thirty eight perches South sixty degrees West twenty six perches and South fifty one degrees and forty minuets West forty five and an half perches to a locust thence by land of Stephen Gapen South seventeen degrees East one hundred and eight perches to a Sugar tree thence along the State line East one hundred and thirty perches to the Beginning containing one hundred and five acres & twelve perches of Land with the allowance of six per cent and also all trees Woods water courses profits advantages and appertanances whatsoever to the said Messuage above mentioned belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits of the said premises and every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate right title intrest claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Henry Frakes and Elenor his Wife of in and to the said one hundred and five acres and twelve perches of Land and premises and every part thereof To have and to hold the said Messuage of Land and all and singular other the premises above mentioned and every part and parcel thereof with the appertanances unto the said Robert Frakes his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Robert his heirs and assigns forever, and the said Henry Frakes and Elenor his Wife for themselves and their Heirs the said Messuage of one hundred and five acres & twelve perches of Land and premisses and every part thereof against them and their heirs and against all and every other person and persons from by or under them to the said Robert Frakes his heirs and assigns shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and Seals the day and year first above written.

Greene County June 28th 1798 Then came Henry Frakes before me the Subscriber one of the Commonwelth’s Justice in and for said County and acknoledged the within Deed of Conveyance to be his Act and Deed for the within mentioned and desires that the same may be recorded as such Witness my hand the day and year abov written.
