In 1840 there was a 30-40 year old John Lowry living in Parke, Indiana with two girls, aged 5-10 and 10-15. This is most likely Mary Lowry, her father, and a sister. This sister might possibly be the Sarah Lowry living in Parke, Indiana with the Overpeck family in 1850, who was also born in Ohio, and would have been 7 years old at the time of the 1840 census. (However, this has not been proven.)
