Subject: Lydia Way

Lydia (WAY) Munsell born about 1653, died 7 Dec 1733 in New London, CT. She was the daughter of GEORGE WAY , born England, 1614-1619, died at Providence, RI about 1684.

George married (possibly in Boston) Elizabeth --- born about 1630 and died at New London, CT, 20 April 1713. Elizabeth was the daughter of Joanna (--) (--) SMITH who married 2nd John SMITH.

Children:

1. Elizabeth, born Boston 19 Mar 1651.

2. Lydia, who married THOMAS MUNSELL.

3. George, born Providence, R.I. about 1655, died 23 Feb 1716/17 West Farms, Lyme, CT; married 1. Sarah NEAST; married 2nd Susanna (TALLMAN) BECKWITH. His son, George, born circa 1691 at New London, died March 1760 Sharon, CT, married Lydia SPRAGUE.

4. Joanna, born Providence circa 1656, married Samuel FOX; died New London, CT, July 1689.

5. Alice, born Providence circa 1658, married George CHAPPELL; died New London before 10 Jun 1703.

6. Agnes, born Providence ca. 1660, married: 1. Samuel HARRIS; m. 2. Thomas PEMBER; died New London, Feb 1732/33.

7. Thomas, born Providence ca. 1666, married Ann LESTER; died East Haven, CT, April 1726.

8. Mehitable, born Providence ca. 1670, died New London, CT, before 1680.
