Veronica Ellen Fisher - Obituary
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Church, Eau Claire, Wis., for Veronica E. "Babe" Bauch, 85, who died Monday at St. Benedict's Center. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Eau Claire.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Golden Funeral Home, Eau Claire, Wis., and one hour before services Thursday at the church in Eau Claire. Local arrangements were by Williams Funeral Home.
Veronica Bauch was born Nov.18, 1908, in Eau Claire, Wis., to Frank and Mary [Candell] Fisher. She married Arthur Oien in 1928 in Eau Claire. He died in 1935. She married Arnold Bauch June 24, 1947, in Chippewa Falls, Wis. He died in 1970. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, St. Patrick's Guild and Monday Center of Care Group in Eau Claire. She had been a resident of St. Cloud for the past two years.
Survivors include daughters, Jeannine Stolp, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin; Beverly Hofmann, Rice; Patsi Reali, St. Cloud; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters and brothers, Anne Smith, Catherine McInnis, Leone Nunke, Mary Jaster, Edward, William, Arthur, Frank and Jack.
