In the name of god Amen, the 8th day of Aug.1712, I Christian Johnson being
sick and weak in body but in sound and perfect memory thanks be to God for
the same I do make and ordain this my last will and testament.
First I give my soul to almighty God who gave it and my body to the earth
Imprimis I give unto my two sons, John Bourne and Robert Bourne each of them
twelve pounds to be paid to them by my ececutor. Secondly I give and bequeath
to my well beloved son Peter Bourne, whom I constitute make and ordain my only
and sole executor of this my last will and testament, a negro women named Bess
to all my wordly estate by him freely to be possessed and enjoyed and do hereby
wholly evoke,annul and disallow all or any other former testament or wills, ratifying
and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
