Siblings
It is not known for sure whether he is a sibling, but still an unknown relation. He had a sister Margaret L who married a Johnson Ward, and another sister Amelia who was unmarried in 1865. His mother's name is listed as "Cardine L Mare". Also a widowed, divorced, or half sister "Emma F Morra" (possibly Mare?).
